Support for your site is provided by the LEAP HelpDesk.

 

You can log a call online using the button on this website and a helpdesk specialist will call you to provide the assistance needed.

 

Please note that support does not include training and updating content after the site has been accepted by you, but does include help relating to technical issues associated with hosting and the correct operation of the content management controls.

 

Ongoing assistance in training staff or updating content on your behalf is provided at the rate of $50.00 (plus GST) per quarter hour. You will be required to sign a Chargeable Authority before the work is undertaken and payment will be on our standard payments terms of 30 days from date of invoice.
