Mark Shera

Mark completed his Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and since that time has practised predominantly in Queensland. He has also spent time working in the Australian Capital Territory and in New South Wales.

Joining SJP Law in 1990 as an associate in the family law and litigation area, Mark became a partner of the firm in 1992. He then taking over as principle in 2001.

Mark is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

With a keen interest in information management and technology, he is always keen to utilise new technologies.

In 2010 Mark celebrates his 20th anniversary of practising at SJP Law.

Christine Jones

Completing her Bachelor of Laws in 1984, Christine was admitted as a solicitor in 1984. She was then admitted as a Barrister in 1986.

Christine spent time practising as a Barrister in Maroochydore, then joined SJP Law in 1994 as a consultant solicitor in general litigation and family law.

In addition to practising as a Solicitor and Barrister, Christine is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator and has been mediating since 1991. During this period Christine has facilitated a diverse range of mediations.

Her diverse mediation and facilitation experience includes multiparty facilitations such as cross-cultural mediations, public consultation and community issues, organisational disputes, court referred mediations, commercial disputes, and family law mediations.

Christine is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution through the Faculty of Law Griffith University.
