Simone Checchia specialises in the area of Commercial Law including general property law; building disputes, debt recovery, wills and probate, commercial litigation, contract law and minor criminal offences.
Simone completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Social Inquiry at UTS graduating in 2004. Simone then went on to complete her Masters in Law and Legal Practice at UTS graduating in 2007. Whilst completing her Masters in Law Simone travelled to Hamburg to complete a paper on International Trade Law discussing the implications of the International Contract of Sale of Goods & the Vienna Convention and the Interpretations within the Australia Legal System.
After being admitted to Practice in 2007 Simone has gained extensive experience within the area of Probate and Family
Provision Act Claims.
Simone also speaks fluent Italian.
