Daniel completed his studies at the University of Western Sydney and College of Law was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006 in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.
Since before admission, he has worked at general litigation and insurance litigation firms and comes to MBBF with significant litigation and advocacy experience gained in a somewhat short time.
Daniel has a keen interest in criminal law having represented numerous clients in widely varying cases in NSW Local Courts and is currently seeking specialist accreditation in advocacy.
He has experience in family law, wills, and debt collection as well as severity appeals and bail applications in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He has also represented clients in matters of assault, affray, juvenile, traffic, apprehended violence orders, weapons offences, larceny, drugs, severity appeals and indecent assaults to name just a few.
He is currently on the Legal Aid general Criminal Law Panel and has experience in Victims of Crime Compensation.
He also speaks Maltese!
