| Michael Kah is recognized in the profession as a leading immigration lawyer and received accreditation as a specialist by the Law Society of New South Wales in 1998. He deals with all facets of immigration, which include regular dealings with the Department of Immigration, the Migration Review Tribunal, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Court.
Michael is regularly briefed by law firms around Australia to provide effective migration solutions for their clients. Legal referrers understand that Michael’s in-depth knowledge gives him the specialist edge their clients require.
Michael is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters in Economics. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia and is also a Notary Public.
He is a Conduct Panel member on the Migration Agents’ Registration Authority (MARA) which is the Commonwealth Government’s regulatory Authority for the migration profession. In this capacity, Michael is engaged by MARA to investigate consumer complaints about the conduct of migration agents.

2008, 2009 and 2010 Michael Kah was voted one of Australia's best lawyers in immigration law in the Australian Financial Review. The March 2010 list is based on more than 66,000 evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers.
