When they do, we provide relevant and up-to-date advice on employment contracts, terms of dismissal, and dispute resolution. We can assist with compliance with Industrial Relations laws and Occupational Health and Safety laws, and matters of privacy, discrimination, harassment, termination of employment, unfair dismissal, unfair contract claims, and insurance claims.
We have also represented individual clients in negotiating employment contracts, including appropriate remuneration, conditions, and terms. We are experienced in drafting employment contracts including competition clauses and restraint of trade and we can facilitate share sale agreements with employees or directors.
